    Mark Girling got the job done, I have been to court 6 times and he put a stop to that. I got my house back, got rid of the squatters. Now I have legally got a judgement against them. It was a little pricey for me I do recommend them

    I had a real bad scammer and the woman who acted as his wife in one of my rental homes. They paid first month rent and deposit then not another penny after I spent thousands replacing flooring and paint. I listened to the stories about when I would get paid, checks that were coming. I gave a three day notice to pay or quit but did it all wrong and they ignored. I wish I had hired Girling before they missed the second month’s rent. They were evicted in a few weeks, a judgment obtained and I received a small refund as the initial payment was more than enough for the whole process. I highly recommend calling Girling for eviction work. It took all the worry off me and I was able to rent the home again in short order for a higher price.
