I called the Gammon Law Office when I was at wits end with the management company in charge of our HOA. They have been harassing me for months, to the point I am afraid of them. You have to be pretty fed up with an HOA/management company to be ready to hire an attorney to deal with them... and I am. Its like the threats are never going to stop. I thought the Gammon Law Office would take my number and I d eventually hear from somebody working in some back linen closet. But listen to this, when I rang them up, I was sent to Mr. Gammons phone and talked with me himself. In the few minutes he spoke with me, he addressed my fears and gave me really good advice. He said he would be there if I needed the help but for now I was following the right course of action. He brought my stress from a 10 down to about a three. Yeah, I still hate HOAs (and especially this management company) but I know he will be there when, and if, I need him. I cant thank him enough for his advice and wisdom. I dont have tons of money, but if I do end up needing to fight a bigger fight, hes the lawyer I am going to use. Really great guy!

Bill spent about half an hour on the phone with me and gave me advice that would have easily costed me $10,000 elsewhere. He has a very direct way of communicating so be ready for the brutal truth. This may be the reason there is a review saying the people working the phones are rude. He wasnt rude at all just brutally honest and helpful in educating me on my options. I stumbled upon Bills Gammon Law Office after multiple HOAs were trying to screw us with attorney fees. Specifically, one attorney office forced us into a $19,800 attorney plan for $2,000 in overdue HOA fees, the law office was charging $400 a month in fees, $30 per email response. It was CRAZY and they forced us into a terrible situation.My assistant researched attorneys, gave me a list, and Bill seemed like the best one. She spoke with him personally, then I was able to reach him the first time personally as well. What a GREAT call! He saved us at least $10,000 by showing me they have an inferior lien on our 20k case. He helped out of the goodness of his heart with no resistance and no expectation of payment.He is willing to go the extra mile to help regular people like us that are getting screwed without expectation. The option period was running out, and I was not getting a lot of information from the sellers and the title company. He responded right away, and in a short phone call he gave me the advice that probably saved the deal. And, he didnt charge anything for it.I changed title companies to my real estate agents preferred company, and they got that issue resolved, so Im now confident about going through with the purchase. Still in escrow, Im just struggling with some details about what the title insurance will cover. I wasnt going to bother Mr. Gammon about that, but he called me out of the blue to follow up and make sure things were working out. We rented a 2,000sq foot home in Cedar Park for $2,385 a month. Our move in costs were almost $7,000. I immediately spot mouse droppings on the kitchen counter. They are all over the place. Drawers, cabinets, the stairs the stove! The house is infested! Lots of things transpire. Landlord won’t give me my money back and my family is literally homeless. I am calling every attorney on the Google and using every resource I can find. Gammon calls me back and is very gruff and abrasive. I am not sure how to take him. He is rattling off info like crazy. He yells, “ARE YOU WRITING ANY OF THIS DOWN?” I really was taking detailed notes. He told me to file with the JP. I don’t need an attorney and what law I need to reference for my case. Bill was a lifesaver. We were a couple of days away from closing and the builder was not willing to give us a warranty and was very late on the build. Bill helped us cancel the contract and get our earnest money back. He was fast and very responsive. Forever thankful.
