I hired them to represent me when the insurance company went out of business after hurricane Ida. It took a while but LaTara and Sandra were great in keeping me informed. My case settled and the firm was able to recover funds from LIGA to complete the repairs to my home. I see a lot of negative reviews but I have to honestly say that wasnt my experience. I definitely believe that all the positive reviews are wrong. I had hired them for Harvey and they where ok...I know people whos cases where way faster and staff would always assure them everything would be ok..Well that should have been a red flag for me but i wanted to give them a benefit of the doubt. I already was using them for my spouse USCIS case. Well they messed up on the G 28! Then they also change office staff like its no tomorrow so who do you speak to now! That USCIS needs things corrected on the I601a they filed incorrectly! We have been waiting for years and this office is playing with peoples future. Then then I have asked to speak to the Attorney which is Galindo and they never have him call me. I feel so hopeless and we paid them everything for his job years ago. Well follow up on this case. This has me so stressed. Well they called my spouse and said they will correct the I601a that they incorrectly filled out. What scary is that I have read alot of there immigration reviews and looks like they make alot of mistakes. Sadly I thought it was the staff but I see its the Attorney himself. How can he play with something so delicate that one wrong error it can cost someone to lose everything. This is so un ethical of him to not over see what is happening. Or he just doesnt care. I will keep you updated. Ok update they called my Spouse and corrected everything sent out all the information USCIS was requesting. They sent it out fast. Wow! I jumped with joy in less then 2 weeks we got our I 601a approved! So 2nd chances are good so glad they got new staff Marilyn work on the case and she did an excellent job! Thank you! So glad a bad turn into good.

I started my consular process with a pardon and it turns out that the previous lawyer cheated me of more than $8,000 and he didnt solve anything and left me in the middle of the process and I had to go to the offices of lawyer Galindo and it turns out that they gave me a month to submit my forgiveness and they worked hard to meet the deadline and forgiveness would not be denied. Finally my forgiveness was approved and thanks to them I now have my green card. I highly recommend them.
