I highly recommend Cordoba Law Firm, PLLC to anyone needing assistance settling an estate. We initially met with Jason Cordoba and he handed off my mother’s case to Phillip Knop…Best decision ever! While it took right at a year for my mom to be able to sell her home (no fault of the firm but because there was no will and a stepchild involved) Phillip represented the best interest of my mother every step of the way!!! Phillip did an amazing job at communicating each step of the process in easy to understand terms and things typically happened exactly as he said they would. Was it expensive?…You bet it was; just as everything is now days!!! But, Phillip did an amazing job there as well by including the attorney fees as part of the settlement. As mentioned, Phillip went above and beyond to ensure my Mother’s best interest was protected and she was able to retain most of what she had worked her whole life to obtain. For this she/ we will be eternally grateful!!!

We had an excellent experience with Philip Knop as our attorney for an adverse possession claim in Houston, Texas. He was knowledgeable, confident, and insightful. Philip genuinely listened to my concerns and ideas, as well as presented his suggestions thoroughly to ensure we remained on the same page and collaboratively came to a decision on our next steps. I thoroughly trusted him to represent us and keep our best interest in mind. He remained calm and professional as he met with the other party who was highly-emotional and difficult to work with. His work ethic is strong and he continued to be motivated and diligent throughout the case as it extended well past the initial timeframe due to the other party being non-responsive. Excellent Law Firm! I contacted them after a referral from another well respected law firm and Phillip replied to me. It was an earnest money dispute which he was able to resolve within 24 hours with one phone call to the seller, which by the way nobody else involved thought would be possible without a lawsuit.
