Jess Bailey and her associates have done terrific work for me with agricultural as well as commercial real estate purchases. The first time I used her services was in 2017 when she helped me review the title work for a large tract of timber property near Huntsville. She assisted me again in the purchase of pasture property in Georgetown, Texas in 2018. Then in 2019, my wife and I purchased our first NNN property near Fort Worth, TX. She assisted us in reviewing the title and also the lease contract as well. During all three purchases, Jess Bailey and Julia were prompt, timely, and very courteous at all times. They helped all transactions move quickly and seamlessly. I plan to use the Bailey Law firm in future commercial real estate purchases, and I highly recommend her services to anyone else as well! -
