I only wish we had found them before we started builder selection to help us navigate the contracting aspects of the process. Scott and his team were invaluable in addressing and resolving issues we had with the builder near the end of our construction phase. We received advice, explanations, understanding, and assistance resulting in contract termination and lien releases giving us the freedom to finish our home, which was nearly 2 years behind schedule. Engage them early if you can, but if you need help along the way, it will be to your advantage.
