In partnering previously with them on real estate deals, I have discovered and enjoyed the wealth of experience that Gabe has in evaluating and rehabbing properties, working with the public, and working as a team. Mary Lou is steady, trustworthy, and knowledgeable in area real estate and her experience working in one of the top real estate offices in the country makes her GREAT to work with. My experience with Vertical House Buyers was very positive. The transaction addressed an estate property I was appointed to independently administer by the probate court. There were a lot of moving parts to this transaction, including taxing authorities, HOA’s, court obligations, retained lawyers, and ad litems. Mr. Gabriel Rodarte was both knowledgeable and understanding. His team included a real estate professional, as well as an engineer. They assessed the properties value, needed repairs, and then Mr. Rodarte made a fair offer. Once accepted, the contracts were signed, and a closing date was scheduled. The process took approximately 15 days, start to finish. My questions and concerns were all addressed promptly and fairly. I am comfortable recommending Vertical House Buyers as an ethical and principled company to do business with.
