My Appraiser is Brian Banks!! I could not have asked for anyone better!! Mr.Banks was so kind and knowledgeable!! He didnt hesitate to answer any and all of my questions. Brian & his team are a class act & I highly recommend them.I initially called Brian because I was considering selling my condo in the memorial area. He was immediately on top of things & was able to set me an appointment for later that week. He arrived on time and meticulously but expeditiously examined the entire property. Within just a few days he a complete report for me including comparable properties, flood plains, market trends and gave me his own personal recommendations.Expect a truthful & unbiased examination! He will NOT tell you what to hear but rather the reality of the situation positive or negative. At the end of the day isnt that why you called an appraiser? Brian, gave me & my family the direction needed to make wise decisions & I am thankful!
