Through no fault of his own, the timing of the appraisal I hired Measure Up to prepare was delayed several months. Mike continued to stay in touch with me during the the delays, to ensure that once things were resolved he would be able to come out and get the work done. The appraisal was finally completed, and the turnaround from the time of the work done and the report issued was as promised, within 1 week. The report was thorough and well documented and supported.
