We are located in Brownwood. Todd and Paige made two trips down to help us find the perfect house. Plus they came to closing to help answer any questions and ensure all went smoothly (this not long after he had surgery too). They were phenomenal in answering our random questions at whatever time on whatever day if the week. They were amazing in honing down our large list of homes to a handful that we actually looked at. Paige listened to every little comment we made to help narrow our selection. Todd is very knowledgeable on structure and integrity of homes. They listened to every one of my needs in a home, from # of rooms to ensuring my youngest didnt have to change schools, and they delivered. After finding a home they were also instrumental with keeping in touch with the mortgage and title companies. They took care of almost everything for me, leaving me to only have to hunt down my own personal information. I cant thank them enough.

Todd & Paige are an amazing realtor team. I was lucky enough to use them when I first moved to TX and purchased a new home. Additionally, the stayed in lock step with what we were looking for in a home, and didnt waste time on homes that didnt meet our criteria. Furthermore, because we stayed in close contact, I was able to use them again for the sale of the same home 3 years later when my career took my family and I to another state. From previous experiences, buying a new home can be a very daunting and intimidating process. That is definitely not the case when dealing with Todd and Paige. They went out of their way to make sure every question I had was answered and I was comfortable with every step of the process. I’m very happy with the home I purchased with their help and I don’t plan on selling it to buy a new one any time soon, but if I were, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second about going through them again.

Each occasion ended up being the most pleasant and fun experiences with lasting memories that made a normally stressful time a breeze. They feel like family at this point. Theyre both extremely intelligent and passionate at what they do. They tell it to you straight and help you to see through much of the smoke and mirrors that can come with the house buying/selling process. They know their stuff and they really have you feeling confident when submitting an offer. Often times the entire family would show up when we would have in person correspondences and it was such a wholesome experience every time. Never felt like I was simply working with a realtor to buy and sell my house. I used them to buy and sell. Both experiences being unique but just as memorable. They are seasoned and knew when other realtors were trying to give us the run around. They stood up for us and told it like it was when need be.
