I had a complex situation involving a house in an estate. The house was older and neglected. Brent Bowen at Texas Valuation Professionals was great at understanding and working through the complexities. He won the confidence of skeptical heirs. Brents professionalism and technical abilities were on a higher level than other appraisers that I talked to. My situation needed his more advanced skill set. I give him and excellent rating. -

I used Texas Valuation Professionals for an appraisal on my parents house after they passed away. As the executor of the estate, I needed an appraisal on the house for the probate hearing. Unfortunately, I wasnt aware of this until just a few days before the hearing. I spoke with the owner and explained the issue, and he was very understanding and helped out right away. They next day they were able to visit the house and get an appraisal. They were very understanding during this time and were a great help. Highly recommend. -
