We needed to get an appraisal for our home to be able to dispute the TAD valuation of the house. I tried contacting someone else but it seemed we kept playing phone tag and they never made a true effort to call me back. I found Tadlock Appraisal through google and they were great to deal with. very responsive via email; the person who came to our house to inspect and write the report was very professional and quick. the report was completed within 10 days. I highly recommend them.
