Fantastic experience. Sublime Valuation gave me confidence in my home value and I’m so grateful for their expertise. Khang is professional, thorough, communicative, and very efficient. I received my appraisal report immediately after the inspection and then he walked me through the report, which really helped me understand the worth of my home. I will use them again in the future. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Kang at Sublime Evaluation is awesome! I’m in the real estate industry and his level of service and dedication to the experience is unmatched and his turn around times are much faster than other appraisal companies I have worked with in the past. I highly recommend him for your appraisal needs especially as home values continue to increase in Houston. You may be able to remove your PMI if your loan-to-value meets the threshold and save you money! Thank you Sublime Evaluation!

Great company- They turned around a fairly complex appraisal for me within the same week (maybe 4 days). Walked through it all free for us afterwards. And it was nice to have an appraiser that always picked up the phone when I called (or at least got back to me within an hour or so.) Will be happy to use them again the next time we need it.
