Steve was really cooperative and a wonderful person. He came and got the job done and was great at explaining the process. He gave me some great recommendations on where to add value to my home. I also have solar panels that I thought added great value to my home. The problem was that I have a loan on the system. It was explained to me that unless no balance was on that loan (fully paid) that it had no value in the market. He also explained that they have a diminishing value since they have an approximate 25 year life. I wish that was explained to my husband and I when we installed them. He also gave an excellent estimate on my house. I would really recommend.
