Jim of Stafford Appraisals did a great job in placing a reasonable value on a property that I am purchasing. My lender gave me an appraisal waiver but I still wanted to have peace of mind that my offer was on target. Jim performed the appraisal with great detail and even contacted the selling agents of other comps in the area to see how well finished out those properties were so he could arrive at a solid price. Would definitely use Stafford Appraisals again.
