As a Real Estate Broker, I am pretty picky about appraisers, if I have to hire one. I needed one quickly and by someone that was very competent to do the job. Purdy Appraisal came through! Wade Purdy, was great, very professional, and provided our appraisal in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend him!

Called Wade up, we had never met before, found him on Google. This was a tricky/unique property and I needed an appraisal pretty quick for a family estate. He knocked it out of the park! I needed a home appraisal quickly, and Purdy Appraisal delivered. Mr. Purdy answered the phone personally, took the time to learn about what I needed and why, showed up on time for the appraisal, and was friendly, professional and courteous throughout. Best of all, I was able to shave a significant amount off of my Fort Bend property taxes thanks to his appraisal, and thanks to him taking the time to explain some of the best arguments and facts to me. Highly recommended.

Wade is an amazing appraiser. His attention to comps and detail is remarkable. When I worked at a real estate law firm he would help with comps and listing prices for properties were were reselling after foreclosure. He doesnt just eyeball a property or get as close as he can he digs in deep to make sure that the supporting documentation and backup is with every file he appraises. If you are looking at hiring Wade you will not be disappointed.

Awesome service was provided for the measurement I requested from Mr. Purdy. I did had doubt because I had never used such service before.Mr. Purdy very patiently and kindly explained questions before, during and after the service. He was on time for the appointment, professional, accurate and detailed on the job during extremely hot day, and he provided timely report turn around for my urgent need. And the price, is very very reasonable.The only complaint is that highest rating I can provide here is only 5. Mr. Purdy have exceeded my expectations more than 100%!! I feel so lucky to find his service! Thank you!!
