Kyle with professional appraisers of Texas out of Longview, was the best experience Ive known in a appraisal company. He was a very knowledgeable, interested and honest in done a detailed appraisal. He looked at all the small items that are as important as the large items. He answered all my question and took the time to explain the back ground behind each items. He was down to earth and really customer service driven while understanding the stress fullness of sales a home. He’s top grade in my book and I would recommend his services to anyone. Great Job!!! -

The appraiser showed up on time and introduced himself. After a few details were shared, he began a thorough inspection, inside and outside, of the three buildings on the property. After his inspection, we visited for a few minutes to ensure we were both in agreement on the scope of the inspection and he stated the appraisal report could take 2.5 to 3 weeks to complete. I was pleasantly surprised after only a 10-12 day period, I received a comprehensive appraisal of my property. I unhesitantly recommend them for tour appraisal needs. -
