Great great help and super easy to deal with!!! When you can find a commercial appraisal company who can get your results fast instead of the old hey wait 3 weeks for your report and great service? Why would you have an issue with this company when you need an appraisal? Adam helped me out with a tax appraisal I had with DCAD and now Im super happy to say that his work did definitely help me win my case with the city of Dallas!!
