I found Mr. Dill to be professional, thorough and courteous - as well as appreciative of the comparative market analysis that was presented to him during his visit and the answers to the his questions about improvements that had been made in the home.I received a text beforehand confirming the date and time; Mr. Dill arrived promptly and completed the appraisal well within the time estimate provided at the start. Additionally, the completed appraisal was presented to me within seven days, which I find to be more than acceptable.It was quite concerning that before the appraisal visit, I saw many negative reviews for Mr. Dill. However, as a licensed sales agent in Texas, I proactively prepared an Opinion of Value, with my experience and tools accessible to me because of my profession. I am of the opinion if the negative reviewers had engaged the services of an experienced and competent sales agent before their appraisal visit, they would have been more than prepared for the value rendered.I would be more than willing to work with Mr. Dill again, and consider him a true professional!
