Payne Appraisal, is amazing! Not only were they affordable, but they provided great service! They are fun and easy to talk with, but they also know the area and are able to give you a true estimate versus someone from out of the area that doesnt understand the value of the land, community, what what makes our homes valuable. They were prompt, extremely responsive, and they took time to discuss our home with us so they had a full understanding of the value and they could give a fair and accurate appraisal. Once the appraisal was completed, the info was given to us and our mortgage company quickly so we could complete our refi process. I cant say enough about them!
