I had Lyle from this group do a square footage appraisal done on a house we are interested in purchasing. Scheduling the appointment was fairly straightforward, and the appraiser came to the appointment on time. The report they generated approximately 48 hours later was also easy to follow. The reason I didnt give them a 5 out of 5 stars is that their initial square footage estimate came back almost 150 square feet less than the actual square footage of the house. The only reason I know it was wrong is that I informed the original homeowner that the appraisal came back much less than what he had listed the house for. The homeowner sent me a separate square footage appraisal he had gotten done. Once I spoke to Lyle about it further, he acknowledged a mistake had been made in his calculations. I was not expecting to be the one to point out such issues with an appraisal as getting the square footage right is exactly what Im hiring them for!

We use Metroplex for almost all of our appraisals in Dallas and have had nothing but great experiences. They are very reliable and get work done quickly!
