I am the Executor of my mothers estate, and needed a Fair Market Value appraisal for her Ranch. After several hours of research on the web, I selected Maverick Appraisals. I liked that they were members of the BBB, and I could not find a bad review on them anywhere. Ill admit, I was a slight bit suspicious because of all the positive reviews. I rarely write reviews for either positive or negative experiences, but Andy deserves this positive review. To sum up my experience in one word: Excellent

Very polite, explained to me what he was looking for and what he was going to do like take pictures, and check very room. Also asked me questions about leaks, cracks anywhere, but everything looked fine to him. He even asked if there was anything he could do for me since he was tall; like hang a picture? I should have said yes, will you clean my ceiling fans....lol. He was very generous to say that...Thank-You!

I’ve always heard that getting appraisals take along time and can hold up your loan. Not with Maverick Appraisals! They were professional and quick with the appraisal.
