Eric Geiser is an invaluable resource for real estate agents. His unique background as an appraiser AND a real estate broker makes him a unicorn in this industry. He has always been willing to answer questions regarding property values when I am setting the listing price for my sellers. I routinely contract him for his pre-listing service of measuring a property and providing a Cubicasa floor plan rendering (includes room sizes). My goal as a realtor is to not leave any of my sellers money on the table. These services are critical in accomplishing that! Money well spent!

I like to get an appraisal before I list the home so that I’m able to get not only a licensed appraisers opinion of value but also the best in the business. The time and effort he puts into my homes is worth every penny. He does the same job and attention to detail wether it be a $100,000 or a $1,000,000. I know that I will have no problems getting my listing to appraise when it comes time to close. I will continue using Eric as long as I’m on Real Estate wether I’m buying for myself or my client.
