    Recently ,had to find an appraiser for an estate property. I have never had an appraisal done before so I am glad that I found Brandon from lake conroe appraisals. The paperwork process so digital and very simple . He set up a time and date an was there on time . I had a couple of issues with family and he said it would be no problem . He came out was very respective and professional. He a go with the flow person and also let me know after appraisal that it would take a little longer due to the extent of thing on property. Which I appreciated the heads up. He did a wonderful job and if I need another appraisal I will be calling him to do it .

    I had a great experience working with Brandon at Lake Conroe Appraisals. I had several residential appraisals that needed to be done and he quickly set up appointments to view the properties.     100% recommend. If I could give more stars I would! Customer service and communication was superb.Brandon was extremely flexible working with me daily and even offered weekend inspection to make sure I would close on time. Construction issues kept pushing us back from Thursday original appt to Monday morning. He showed up 30 minutes after I said, Cmon! Got report done and sent within hours. Literally closed on time because of his efforts.I would definitely use him again and recommend him for any service he provides.

    I paid for an appraisal from someone referred to me by my realtor. It came in low and did not account for my boat slip/lift. I randomly called Brandon Perkins after using the google search and simply asked if they valued boat slips in their appraisal and upon verification of this I rolled the dice and paid for a second appraisal. Not only was their appraisal 35k higher, their cost was $50 cheaper. My capital gains taxes were eliminated simply by a google search and a couple extra dollars. Thanks Brandon for the very prompt service and proper under of the market. Will definitely recommend your service to others!
