Jim was recommended to us by our daughter after we had interviewed another agent. Jim responded rapidly and set up a meeting with us the next day. Jim presented his plan to us and we immediately felt like he was was old friend helping us sell our home. He arranged a photoshoot and the photographer arrived on time and she did a beautiful job. Ive known Jim Morelli for about 10 years. He helped me buy my house in Austin. We first were looking at Duplexs but there was a lot of competition and we were getting outbid. We then switched to looking at single family houses. Needless to say we looked at a lot of houses and Jim was very persistent in finding the properties. We ended up buying a nice house in North Austin.Recently we decided to sell our house in Austin. Jim helped in getting us contractors who fixed up the house. They repaired the siding and painted the house. He got us in contact with a company to replace the rugs. He also found a window washing company, a handy man, and a tree service. Jim has a lot of contacts who are quality people. When we were finished, the house was in good shape to be placed on the market thanks to Jim. Through out the whole process, Jim kept in contact with me to keep me updated on how the rehab was progressing. The house was in such good shape that we sold the house in one day. At the closing Jim corrected some paperwork by the sellers broker so the closing went smoothly. I highly recommend Jim Morelli...hes very professional and knowledgeable. Jim Morelli is the best Real Estate broker Ive ever had.

Jim has accumulated decades of the experience of in real estate which is very valuable especially in the Austin house market in which an attractive house usually receives multiple offers and is under contract in less than 5 days. Jim is not only professional but also easy to work with. When we were buying our house in Cedar Park this year, we use d Jim as our buyer agent. He worked very hard for the buyer. Whenever, he showed us a house, Jim told us the pros and cons of the house and neighborbood and never pushed us to buy any house. Once we had got interested in a house, he did a thourough market research for the similar houses recently sold in the same neiborhood. Based on the analysis, Jim recommends a suitable price to offer. After we signed the contract with a very short period of option day, Jim provided a list of home inspectors which I checked their reivew online and found them are all very good. Once the inspector report came, Jim worked in negotiation to have the seller replacing the whole roof based on the recommendation of inspection report. Jim also helped reviewing all the documents relating to closing and make closing process very smoothly. Right before the closing day, Jim did a final walk-through with us pointing out something the seller to take care. After closing of the house Jim provided the names of lock smith and carpet steam company which he knows for a long time. Overall we have had a experience when working with Jim. I highly recommend Jim.

Jim was great to work with. He met with us early on to explain his process to get our house sold and make sure we were comfortable. Once we agreed to go with him, he had a home stager and photographer to our place quickly. He worked with us on the best timeline.
