Great realtor! Stacie was our realtor and she did an amazing job. She was able to negotiate our selling price with interested parties and got us more than what we were asking! Whenever we had a question or concern Stacie was always available to help. She was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to real estate and very thorough in explaining the procedures that were to be followed in the process of selling our house. We ended up moving several hours away and wished she could be our realtor in the new area as well. I highly recommend her!

Rusty Hubenak was our agent for the recent sale of our home in Richmond, TX. We interviewed several realtors and felt like he was genuinely interested in getting us the most money for our home (in lieu of just setting the price for a quick sale). Bottom line, we walked away exceeding our personal goal for the closing price. Throughout the process, his communication was timely and provided great information when we had questions. He was extremely personable yet professional throughout the process. For the most part, selling your home can be stressful but Rustys calm demeanor made the process flow smoothly. So we had Stacie Reitz as our listing agent on the sale of my new home and the home I was selling. As I got a cash offer on my home I had to move quick Stacie helped me get into and decided the home and set us up with people to help us out in our move she was very patient with me as I was freaking out because we did not have that long to find a house and move . She was very professional about it And Showed us a couple houses that night and what we were looking for and we had decided on a home she got the offer and quick knowing we was in a rush. Got a answer back and we started the process to close on our house so that I would not be without a home. She kept me very calm during the whole process. I have worked with Hudgins-Groover Real Estate, both professionally and personally, since 2014 and it has been very enjoyable in my experiences. Mike and his staff are very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to deal with.After Linda passed away, Stacie replaced her and has continued to be nothing but a wealth of knowledge in the real estate market. When we bought our last house in 2017, she went above and beyond to explain the process, make sure we were on the same page, answered the many questions we had, and always made time to sit down and listen to our concerns. Stacie is very professional and truly works on your behalf.
