This group of appraisers are always positive, precise, and true professionals in their field. Jet, and his crew, beat the others with quick response, prompt appointments, and great turn around. I have hired them several times to pre-appraise properties I could not find recent comps to sustain. I have been pleased to present their appraisals to the clients and therefore, pricing their properties correctly for the current market. So glad we have Hub City Appraisals in our tool belt in the Lubbock area. Keep up the excellent work, guys! Highly recommend!

I have worked with Hub City Appraisals as a Realtor for about three years both intentionally through ARV appraisals, pre-appraisals and passively whenever they pick up an appraisal for various lenders in Real Estate transactions. The owner Jet, is a great person and consummate professional. Through his work he continues to be a pillar of the Lubbock community. Can’t recommend enough.
