    We are moving to Austin as a relocation for my job and they connected us with Yvonne. From the first day, I felt that she understood our needs and was absolutely so friendly. Weve never explored the area so Yvonne was so patient and let us look for homes in different areas of the city and provided expertise around the area. She was able to share info about the different towns, different amenities, and overall feel of a city. She was so patient with us as we explored different homes-which wasnt easy because we would sometimes give little notice that we wanted to see a property. We have two toddlers and would sometimes have to bring them and, again, Yvonne was an absolute pro, being so patient and understanding. Yvonne found a home for us that fit all of our needs! We absolutely love our new home and our new friend in the city! We will use Yvonne again for future home buying.

    Jenn Salladay was an incredible realtor - she really took the time to get to know what I wanted in a home, and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had.     We were very pleased with Donna Cowey and the job she did for us. When we were looking at homes, she was randomly assigned to show us a house. She was very thorough, answering all the questions we had and a few we didnt know to ask. We hadnt bought a new house in 28 years and she was very patient with walking us through the process. We liked her so much we kept her to sell our old house. She did equally well with that. She helped us evaluate the market, price the house fairly and give us suggestion to make the house more marketable. The house was on the market for roughly four weeks and we sold much sooner than we had expected compared to other homes in the neighborhood. She again was very helpful in the buying process and we appreciated her supportive and cheerful outlook throughout.

    Kristi Richards is the most calmly competent, knowledgeable, and friendly agent we have worked with. She helped us coordinate a home buy on a perfect house and took care of issues immediately as they arose, yet kept us in the loop throughout the entire home-buying process.     We had the pleasure of working with Linda King. She is a great real estate agent and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Austin area. I was referred to Alyson DeMaio by a coworker, called her during my lunch to give her more information on what we were looking for, and by the end of the work day Alyson had already sent me emails with information and some houses matching what I described to her. From day one I could tell she was very passionate about her work. She took everything I described and found the perfect neighborhood in my price point and it was NEW CONSTRUCTION!     Susan Ledesma patiently worked with us for a year to find the house of our dreams in Austin. Then when it was time to sell, we chose to use her services again. She was efficient, knew an incredible amount about the business, and was there when we needed her.     Pippa Lambert was my Realtor when I moved from CA to TX in 2011. I found her on the internet and as I interviewed her over the phone I could see that she was a great fit for us. She knew knew our target neighborhoods well but also understood what was going on in the market and how our house might fare on the investment side. She was very available for house viewing appointments, easy to reach when I needed her and had a deft hand guiding us through the repair negotiations with the seller.     My husband and I have known Kirk Lewis for almost ten years. He found our original home here in Austin and since then, has helped us with 3 additional home selling/buying opportunities.     Linda KingLinda was our agent on our first home purchase. She was completely hands-on which is one of the things we loved about her, she worked really hard to get us the house we wanted.     Jack Quinney helped my husband and I find our home in December 2014. We gave him our wishlist and budget and we viewed several homes. He listened to our likes and dislikes and we fine tuned the search. It felt as though he took a personal interest in us finding the best home at the best price. He negotiated the very best price for us which he seemed to enjoy very much. It was as if he was buying the home for himself. The house closed and all was well. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. I told him that my husband and I were meeting with the builder about a month after the closing to review the details since it was a new build. Jack attended the meeting to ensure that we got everything that was promised and offered many helpful suggestions for the decisions that we had to make. I was impressed that he did this even though the house had closed and he had already received his commission. He really cares. Now my sons family is moving to town so I recommended Jack to them. He did the same excellent job with them and they are in contract for the home that they bought for less money than they thought they would be paying. The very next morning, there was a listing for a home, within the area in which I was interested in living, and which, for the most part, met my needs/wants.I called the listing real estate office, HomeCity Real Estate, and spoke with a customer service representative, who told me she would refer my request to one of their agents, who would be returning my call within one to two days. And the rest is an absolute miracle of events.We have always been told to be very selective when trying to find a real estate company to use, whether to buy or sell real estate. Well, I contend most real estate companies are about the same...governed by the same rules and regulations applicable to the State in which the property is located. I believe it is more important to be selective in the real estate agent representing you.I received my one to two day call back in less than 3 hours. The calling agent, Jannie Maldonado, was very personable on the phone, listened to my request to see the house I had found listed on the Internet and arranged to show me the property the very next morning.Jannie and I hit it off immediately...due mostly to the fact that she listened to me. She was there to represent ME...to find ME the home of my dreams, regardless of how long it took. And, she did...that very day. She stood back and let me view the house, then pointed out things I might have missed...which, in some cases, I had.     If you are looking to buy a home, David Curran is hands-down the best realtor you could have. He made my first home buying experience smooth and stress-free. He is well-versed in market trends, neighborhoods, and area growth; he also has an innate ability to anticipate the buyer’s needs. He was reassuring, and always available for any questions or to talk through the process. He helped to guide me as we narrowed the search to my perfect home! The first home I thought I wanted was a real doozie! I was convinced I would “settle” and do multiple improvements myself in order to save money.     Robert Winterbottom is a straight up ROCKSTAR! He made the stress of selling for the first time while living in a different state as smooth as possible. Because I was not able to fly up and participate in the process, he invested every ounce of energy and expertise he had to offer in making sure my home was sold (and he has A LOT of energy and expertise). He handled all of the paperwork and was able to explain some of the more complex legalise in layman’s terms that anyone could understand. This was my first home and there were a lot of emotions and memories attached to it. I wanted a lot and everyone doubted me (including other real estate agents).     Home City Real Estate came to the Umlauf Sculpture Garden and Museum for a garden clean up this last March. They did a great job weeding, clearing pathways, removing brush, etc. They all had positive, fun attitudes and were willing to do whatever was asked of them. We would love to have them back!
