    My review is long overdue, but I wanted to share that my experience with Don and Home Appraisal solutions was excellent. I found them online and was able to book my appraisal through the website. Don completed his inspection quickly and thoroughly. I had a thorough report in hand within 2 days. My only advice, make sure you download your report to two locations! But even months later after losing mine in a computer crash, I contacted Don and he responded within the hour - after close of business I might add! Outstanding, professional service and I highly recommend.

    Don was great. I reached out and gave details about the property I needed to be appraised and gave the timeline to close. Don understood the needs well and stayed very well connected throughout the process in the next few days, and also sent me some pictures of the property while performing the inspection.
