Harper & Strickland has helped me with my individual appraisal needs, as well as being my realtor on several occasions. By being both an appraiser and a realtor it helped to provide a true value of the various houses they have worked on with me over the last 20 years. This is by far a better way to look at values, than some realtor guessing where the value should be via looking at previous sales around that particular neighborhood. Scott was also instrumental in finding me a realtor in east Texas for a land purchase. Due to the logistics and location of the deal, this was outside of his working area / expertise. I am confidant in recommending Harper & Strickland for your needs. -

I have worked with Scott Strickland and Julie Harper(Harper/Strickland) for many years in the DFW area. They have been reliable and do quality appraisal work. They are very knowledgeable about the guidelines regarding Real Estate Appraisals and always stay on top of the new guidelines. They do a great job.
