Geni is truly amazing at everything she does. Her humility, professionalism, warm/kind hearted nature, ability to negotiate/navigate through challenging conversations and many more traits like these is why our out of state move to Texas went so smoothly. In her role as a dual agent, she went above and beyond to ensure that both the buyer (us) and the seller were satisfied every step along the way. Additionally, she put me in touch with multiple contractors to help around the house who are also as wonderful as she is. I cant say enough how grateful I am to work with Geni. She is beyond expectation. Geni was like my best friend trying to help me selling my house. She is very easy to reach and fast responding.I never felt pressure of making decision but got very honest opinion and expert advise. Doesnt matter how small or big is the project she was always there and helped me with her wonderful team. I wont work with anyone else but her. Surely, I recommand her to whoever looking for house or selling it. I worked with other good real estate agents in past and in my opinion, Geni is the best of the best and whoever has her as real estate agent is blessed.
