All employees Ive encountered thus far have been polite, informative and very helpful. Im fluently bilingual but my family members struggle a bit and each time the employees have taken notice and saved me the job of translating because they too are bilingual. Quality hiring. Knowing the demographics of the people you serve is important. -

Told me my application was process but didn’t provide me with anymore information. I asked why taxes have stayed the same if my application was accepted or where I could view that change. Just kept saying it’s for 2023 it’s for 2023 it’s completed… called again this time got a Guy he was able to answer all my questions that he could and pointed me in the right direction -
