    Good Evening Everyone, I would like to Echo what a Awesome, Real Estate Agent Mr. Craig Powers is. He navigated our home buying process from the beginning until the day we closed. He was always available if we needed to speak with him, he gave great smart advice, he even goes the extra mile or two for his clients. Mr. Powers was there to answer questions about things we did not understand about the process and if he did not know he would get a answer. We never felt like we was alone although sometimes we felt lost and frustrated about some things during our home buying process. Craig was always available to shed light on our concerns.     Craig is an outstanding realtor. He knows the market, he knows the pricing despite this crazy housing situation we have here in Texas. He is patient with buyers and sellers (we purchased and sold with Craig).Craig responds quickly to phone calls and texts and always was able to get us a same-day appointment to house showings. In fact, because of Craig we were the first to view the house we eventually purchased. This was critical as we were able to make the first offer, which with Craigs advice, was in the sweet spot in terms of price.I will never move again - far too much headache with 3 young kids and a wife. But I highly recommend Craig Powers. If for some awful, dreaded and cursed reason I have to move from my beautiful new home, Craig is the first person I will be calling.
