Cody and his wife were extremely professional and timely. They were able to squeeze us into their inspection round and get us our appraisal right away. We expected a couple weeks at the least but the turn around time was amazing. We expected less than what we received. Cody was extremely knowledgeable about his field. He spent 45 minutes with me on the phone as I grilled him with questions as to why I should choose his company. Keeping his composure and answering every question I had, his knowledge and confidence left me with no desire to search further for an appraisal company. Very pleased with their service. Will recommend.

I have now engaged Colorado Appraisal Consultants six different times for various appraisals needed over the last 3 years. Cody and team have provided me with extremely informative reports, at a very fair price, on time - every time. Most recently, I had a very short deadline in which to get together my various inspections prior to a closing and Colorado Appraisal not only went outside their usual area for me, but also had the best price given the tight constraints I had. Jacob was the one assigned for my appraisal request, and he was nothing short of responsive and informative! The whole process was straight forward and timely. They worked really hard to help meet my last0-minute deadline along with their already crazy work load due to summer moving season. I had called around to about 5 different companies and the customer service and attentiveness was night and day. Highly recommend for any appraisal needs.
