If you are looking for the best realtor in east Texas look no further. We are so thankful we found Stephen Skinner who was highly recommended to us. He was so professional and communicated with us every step of the way. He helped sell our house in just two short weeks with the perfect house description and very professional pictures that captured the beauty of our home.

I could not have dreamed of a better realtor than one I had. Lynn Allen, so many wonderful things about her, Im not sure there are enough characters in the review. Lynn was so very helpful as we were moving from Colorado to East Texas. Many calls, emails, and text messages went back and forth before I had the privilege of finally meeting her. She knew I was only in for the weekend so she scheduled a full day of searching for our home. After another flight down, we found one, things didnt work out to our advantage so we started the process all over again. Lynn consistently looked and stayed on top of the search for us. I truly felt at times we were her only client only to find out she had so many other clients she was helping as well. She found our home, was there to help us in every aspect including calming my nerves after dealing with our not so great loan officer. If you need a realtor, Lynn Allen, she is the best. She was also named Rookie of the year in Longview. Dont waste your time with other realtors in the area, Lenhart and specifically, Lynn Allen, are the best!

The Lenharts are a wonderful, community-minded family that strives for the best for customers and Longview alike.

Marshall Jackson is a good, Honest individual. If you’re buying a house from coldwell banker, go to him. But steer clear of Matt McClure. This person is mean, cruel and made all sorts of comments about me and the place I work, he called us all liars when it was really misunderstandings. My experience is, if you think everyone is a liar, it is because you are a liar.
