Robert and Kelly are top notch appraisers. On a recent VA transaction, the original appraiser cancelled on us 2 days before the due date of the appraisal report. I had checked in with that appraiser via email and phone the week prior. We were in a huge pickle due to our tight closing deadline. The day it was rescheduled, Kelly and Robert set up the inspection for the next day and had the full report back to me within 72 hours. Their communication was excellent and they returned the report to me 4 days early. I highly recommend them!

Working with Cloudview Appraisals, Inc. was incredible. Kelly came to the house, was 1) professional, 2) very nice, 3) loved my house 4) loved my dogs, and did such a fantastic job, when my report was delivered in a very timely manner, I was shocked. It was the highest work product Ive ever seen, and covered every detail of my home. It was terrific working with her! I recommend Cloudview highly, and would give them a 10, if it was available. And just to add, the price was extremely reasonable and the appraisal was bar none.
