Our client was involved in a matter regarding probate settlement. We contacted the appraisers at Cedar Park home appraisal to review the property and provide a report on market value both current and retrospective. The appraisers worked with our client to set an agreeable appointment, the reports were delivered quickly and provided the information needed. Should we ever have another need for an appraisal in Cedar Park, they will be the first we contact.

I wanted to get a better picture on what the current value of my house was. I was getting a wide range of market values from different realtors and websites. Called this company based on previous reviews. They answered all my questions and even scheduled the appraisal the same day. They were on time and the report was thoroughly done. I know the appraisal process is a subjective matter, but I believe it was well worth the price. The house value given was about $20K more than the numbers I was originally receiving. Thanks.

These guys knocked it out of the park! Dale showed up on time, was courteous and answered all my questions. The report was delivered within the time frame advertised and I was impressed with the level of detail. He even gave me some suggestions on how to price the property if I wasnt ready to list the home immediately.
