I can’t even begin to say how much I appreciate working with Brittanee!!! She is so hands on, extra supportive, she educates and literally walks with you through the entire process of selling/buying a home. My family and I are so happy in our new home and Brittanee is still helping us out with referrals for mounting TVs, hanging pictures and ceiling fans etc. She reminds us of important things we still have to do in the purchase process. We literally call her for everything and she answers and delivers! I would recommend Brittanee to anyone selling and/or purchasing a home, she is the absolute best!

From the original listing to signing the closing documents- she helped make the sell of my land effortless on my behalf and made a normally stressful transaction into an experience that I’ve talked to many others about. I would recommend her 1000%. Her communication between myself and the buyer’s agent was fast and efficient and we were able to come to a settlement that fit both parties and closed within a month. She was available when I needed her and answered all of my questions promptly. If you’re buying or selling in Texas, I’d use her 100 times over!

We met Brittanee by stopping by a random open house in February and hit it off! The next day, we were at builder open houses and on the hunt. We paused our search a couple weeks later and decided to just rent a house later in the year when our apt lease was up.Brittanee reached out when we were getting closer to our timeline to rent and informed us she was using a new lender who has been getting clients awesome rates and deals. We went in with an open mind and ended up finding the perfect house after 2-3 weeks, with an awesome interest rate, almost $20k less in closing costs than previous lender quotes, and lots of perks paid for by the sellers.It was a no brainer to take this deal!Brittanee negotiated everything in our favor and was with us every step of the way, giving us advice and guidance.What we really appreciated was her patience and understanding through the whole process. We were looking for a nice house for a great price and that is just what we got!! She was an hour or sometimes more away from us because of traffic but never disappointed when it came to showing houses! She gave us a website to use when looking at houses that made the process sooooo much faster and easier so we could narrow it down before looking at 100 different houses that were already about to have an offer. It was a lot of time saved! Once we did put in an offer if I had any questions she would give the answer or if she didn’t know she would find out right then and there. I felt better asking her questions than I did anyone else!! Now I have a 3 bed 2 bath full AND a pool for the same price as a few houses that didn’t have a remodel at all!! She definitely took the time to research and look for what we wanted and could not be happier!
