Eric and his team have been wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised when he made time within his busy schedule to help me understand the appraisal report I received from another appraiser in town, which was confusing to say the lease.We have used and will continue to rely on the expertise of the Bowden Appraisal Group for all of our appraisal needs. The best company I have dealt with as of yet. These guys are patient, professional, flexible, committed and most of all honest. Pick up the phone and call them, you wont be disappointed.
