Ryan is an excellent appraiser and has a wide range of appraisal knowledge in residential valuation, real estate sales, and tax protests. He will be the first to tell you that he doesn’t know it all, but he takes the time to investigate and find answers. I definitely recommend Ryan if you are looking for a home appraisal in DFW.

He is the very best in the whole world to me and I have been around a long time.. I have been a realtor for 22 years. It is very hard to find an appraiser who actually cares and who goes goes beyond the call of duty. He was extremely busy and he fit me in because he saw that this was an emergency situation that I needed this done. I’m so thankful to be working with someone who actually cares about the client. If I were you out there in the public, I would only use him because he is outstanding.
