Being the first time home buyers and that too in totally new to the area(we moved to TX 6 months back), our journey toward buying our home was never going to be easy. But we got through it quickly and very successfully with Bill’s help. Without his knowledge, hard work, diligence, and most importantly patience(yes we had way too many questions), we would have never found our dream home. Bill was always available, always went the extra mile, and always cleared all the hurdles along the way. He helped us not only with the house hunt, but also many other things that come with home buying - home inspection, loan options, home insurance etc. He was always there - he even showed us earlier to some of our meetings with builder at 7 am(yes 7 am). Right from the first house walk, contract signing, pre-sheetrock, inspections, house walks till the closing - Bill was always there and always helpful. He made sure to visit the property frequently and kept us updated all the time. Even after closing the house, Bill offered to be there for any appointments(builder repairs, appliances delivery etc.). He is highly knowledgeable and patient. Bill makes himself available to clients and is hands on. The best part of buying my first home was working with Bill and sharing it with a realtor who really cares about your needs and making it a memorable experience.
