We have used Bentley Appraisals multiple times (yikes - for over 15 years now) and Bryan has been such a delight to work with every single time. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, organized and very detailed in everything he does. He has not only helped us make the right decisions when purchasing our properties, he helped us dodge making the wrong ones! I highly recommend using Bryan as an appraiser. We absolutely will be calling him again!!
