Great service from Ardent Appraisals. From first point of contact to actual appraisal report- about 1 month. Considering the holidays involved, the wait is worth it. The office took the time to explain why they appraised lots the way they did. Great work provided. Would recommend 6 gold stars for stellar service but limited to only 5 here.

I was referred to Ms Allison as I was in need of an appraisal on my property. Her pricing was on pointe with other appraisers I contacted. I booked her time for the following week.She was punctual, thorough and professional while on the property site and on our post appraisal review conversation. We knew this would be a challenging property to appraise due to its uniqueness. Ms Allison took less than a week to put together her comprehensive report detailing her methodology, property details and comparable properties.In our post appraisal review call she gave me many additional details and was patient with all of my questions.
