Dale was a pleasure to talk with. I submitted a request on a Friday evening and he emailed me Saturday morning offering a phone call. It was clear from my request that I was just looking to ask questions and I didnt have business to offer yet, but he still spent almost 20 minutes on a Saturday morning answering all my questions, explaining things in a way that was easy to understand, and made me feel like he was happy to just have a conversation with me. Id absolutely recommend Dale, he knows his trade, hes a straight shooter, and hell talk with you like a friend.

**June 2nd edit**As mentioned previous, bellcad was at it again saying my property was 50k more than itd actually sell for. At protest, they took one look atDales appraisal and without argument, agreed with his assessment, (again) and was able to leave a few minutes later. It was actually satisfying after bellcad tried to justify how they came to their outrageous assessment 😡paid for himself in two months last year with how much my property taxes went down. Wrote some excellent notes to give to the board during my protest hearing. County is back at it again this year (2024) saying my property went up 50k since June 2023 so I used him again as I needed another honest assessment.Dudes extremely professional and friendly, took the time to answer my stupid questions and explain things to me thoroughly.
