I am highly pleased with Appraisal IQ! First, trying to find an appraiser who worked in the area was next to impossible, but Orlando came through and was very familiar with the area.My sellers needed an appraisal because there were almost no comps in their area. Orlando found and talked to sellers whose properties were not on the MLS and that alone helped us price the property correctly. He was personable, courteous, thorough and prompt in delivering the final price opinion. He will be my go to from now on, and Ive already referred a friend to him!
