Recently , Ricky Howard of Advanced Appraisal Solutions appraised my home. I have dealt with a multitude of appraisers in my 30 yr. career of business sales (banks need the buyers home value to determine how much equity available to buy the business), but I would put Ricky at the top of my list for home appraisers. Many appraisers simply do a drive by, but Ricky took the time to visit and took great pictures. His report was clear, concise, and reflected my comments of recent home improvements. His fee was very competitive and I received his report when promised. I dont normally write recommendations on the internet, but I made an exception in this case due to the rare occasion of a service professional who is at the top of his field.
