We had an exceptional experience with Bruno and his team during the sell of my parents home in Brownsville. We were faced with a few challenges prior to deciding to sell my parents home after they moved with us to Dallas, TX - sentimental value, long distance, and trust in the process and this economy. All these challenges were dissolved by him. The house sold in less than 3 months!!! The process was very smooth, all the negotiations handled fairly and correctly, prompt communications, amazing treatment but above all his trustworthiness. His advice is priceless. This was a 100% worry free experience. My parents are very happy with the sell transaction. The only thing I wish for is that he and his firm were here in Dallas to help us sell another property. -

We used Zavaleta Realty, LLC to sell our home in Brownsville at the beginning of year 2022 and Bruno was outstanding.Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research and made a lot of phone calls to find best choice based on their review of selling the property.Zavaleta Realty, LLC stood out as the best Brownsville has to offer: their rankings are excellent, their website presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.We spoke with Bruno due to our geographic local, we were not able to meet with him. But after spoke with us, Bruno made to our home in Brownsville immediately to give us feedback on how the listing would go. He spent a lot time to answer our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area.We were concerned that we are not local will add difficulty to our selling process, but Bruno made the process incredibly easy for us to get our house listed very quickly.When we saw our listing, His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and Bruno was really good at pointing out the unique character of our property. We received a lot of views and multiple offers to the property.Our house went under contract less than 6 months with our expected price. We accepted the offer. During the selling process, there was couple hiccups, but Bruno was responsive and knowledgeable, which eliminated all our concerns.I will recommend Bruno to everyone I know in Rio Grande Valley area. Hes a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it wont always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you will not be able to find a better realtor in Brownsville. -

Zavaleta Realty (Bruno) was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole real estate sale process. Zavaleta Realty cared about us and understood our needs. Needless to say, he was always available to answer our questions. Bruno gave us ideas on how better to utilize the open space and prepare the home for sale. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He listed my place on the week of Christmas and we were on contract in approximately 3 - 4 days with multiple offers, at or above asking price. And he always kept us appraised about appointments.In hindsight, I should’ve used Zavaleta Realty on my new home build purchase.
