    I can not say enough good things about Zach and Jenny. These two went absolutely above and beyond for my family. We had a short timeline, we are from out of state, and have never been to or have seen the area. We had two days to find a home that was perfect for our family and Zach and Jenny DELIVERED!!!! They are extremely thorough, extremely responseive and were so kind and took all the stress away of making this move. Im forever appreciative and grateful for all their hard work!

    Moving in from out of state and I cant say enough positive things about Zach and his wife as a team. On a tight timeline they spent a considerable amount of time showing me places that were all perfectly in line with my asks. They were communicative, punctual, honest, personable and professional at every turn. They helped us get into a lease quickly and continued to follow through on items post our in person meetings. They were both organized and clearly dedicated their professions. Highly recommended.

    We happened upon Zach Phelps Realty by accident! My roommates and I were looking for a rental house when Zach’s wife, Jenny, contacted us about a house we had previously applied to look at. While that one was not available anymore, she did everything in her power to keep searching for us! She always contacted us back and kept us up-to-date with what was going on! We were able to find the PERFECT home with their help! I cannot say enough about how sweet these people are and how much work they put into us and our satisfaction.     UMMMM WOW…. WOW…WOW. Guys if you are seeing this and thinking “who do I work with?” YOU NEED Zach and Jenny on your side! I could NOT have done it without them. I was not only out of the state through 90% of the house shopping and hunting but I also changed my mind a couple times about the date and areas. Guess who didn’t change their mind, and who didn’t STOP searching to make sure I was HAPPY and COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE. Zach Phelps Realty is the company, they are the family you want. I can’t say enough kind, amazing, and incredible things about them. They got me into a home that I love and in a 2 week timeline I asked for. They responded to my text daily, hourly even. They keep me updated anywhere from 2-4 times once I submitted an application. Did I already mention that THEY also went to each home I asked? Oh yeah, they physically drove over to send me videos, and pictures! AMAZING… I know. Anyway….take it from the gal who spent 10 minutes of my life writing this.     My husband got a job promotion which relocated us from Southern California to Houston. They helped us find a gorgeous home in The Woodlands and my family and I couldnt be happier.
