Andy and Julia are exceptional Realtors®. They are very experienced and know all the ins and outs of the business. They are always quick to respond to messages and phone calls, and truly take the best interest of their clients to heart. Any and all documents are completed over Docusign very quickly. They recommended to me a great lender that was able to score me an amazing interest rate. They also work with an incredible inspection company that will leave no stone unturned while inspecting properties for potential issues. I very much enjoyed working with Andy and Julia in buying my first home, and would definitely recommend them to family, friends, or anyone else who is looking to buy or sell a house.

As a first time home buyer, the whole process can be scary, intimidating, and frustrating. Andy and Julia, however, make the process smooth sailing. They helped me think through all aspects of a home purchase, many of them thing I would never of thought of on my own! Once I found the house I was looking for, Julia proved herself an extremely skilled negotiator, and Andy is a contract wizard; together they make quite the team! I highly recommend them for buying or selling!
