Tan Yang has been the best realtor we could ask for, we can safely say that because we have worked with half a dozen of realtors for the past seven years buying and selling properties in different states. Tan Yang has been our go to person for our real state needs in Texas, we have so far purchased two properties with him and each time was a smooth sail. He makes sure he gets a clear view of what we want and always takes his time to show us the properties best fit our needs. Recommend him to anyone and everyone!

We just bought a rental property with Yang. He is super responsible and responsive. He knows exactly how to negotiate with the buyer and ensured we landed a great offer. Yang was out of country while we were closing, and he was also able to ensure there is another agent who can cover him to make sure everything goes smoothly during the closing. He is also knowledgeable about rental property and did a great job on getting the cash flow sheet running for each candidate house. Yang is one of the best realtors out there. Recently I decided to buy my very first home since I have been living in an apartment for more than 7 years (!). I knew nothing about the buying process and was frightened by the thought of making any bad decisions. I found one agent initially and all he cared about was closing the deal so he could get the commission. He complimented every house we looked at and tried to push me every single day. I was devastated to deal with him besides my busy work. Then luckily I found Yang who is nothing like a “traditional” agent. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He didn’t push me at all. Yang was there literally at any time of the day including Saturday night and Sunday to provide me with exceptional customer service and answered any questions from the most simple thing to the most complex. He helped me understand the process thoroughly. You can count on him to tell the truth and all the negatives of each house so you can make the right decision.
